Returns & Refunds policy
Uzbek Gourmet offers our clients a 30-day return policy on all “non-perishable items.” If you are within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at info@uzbek-gourmet.co.uk to obtain RMA#.
Return Policy for Cancelled Orders
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
Damaged in Shipping:
Notify us within 24 hours from receipt of the product
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@uzbek-gourmet.co.uk and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. You must notify us within 24 hours from receipt of the product.
Food Items:
We will process a return and refund the cost of unused food, if the food is returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable Food Items:
Let us know within 48 hours
If perishable item is returned to us marked as “undeliverable” we cannot offer a store credit. Unfortunately, unlike items that have a longer shelf life, items that are perishable are unable to be resold after they are sent back to us.
If you received “perishable” item and would like to return it, please let us know within 48 hours by emailing to info@uzbek-gourmet.co.uk
How to declare
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact info@uzbek-gourmet.co.uk with the following information:
Order number for the item
Date of arrival
Condition of item at time of arrival
Detailed explanation of the issue
Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
Non-Food Items:
To be eligible for a return, your unused and unopened items must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Before returning any product, please contact us at for info@uzbek-gourmet.co.uk authorization.
Refunds
3-5 business days for bank processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed; please allow 3-5 business days for bank processing time.
Final Sale
Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be refunded.
